March-08-2014: Self Positioning-Workshop for Women ready to take the next Career Step

Susanne Schwanzer

A Workshop for women, who are planning their career self dependent and well-directed. For women who need strategic tools and „how-to-dos“ for their job. Who like to manage how other people see them. Who want to further develop their strengths – and eliminate personal career “killers”.
Over half of the women who work in managing positions want to ascend towards higher positions. This clear result comes from an online survey, which gdi-consulting conducted among 149 female managers in Austria in business companies or closely related to such in January 2013. Three reasons mainly prevent women from pursuing career paths more straightly: The reason most given is a corporate culture which prevents them by intern structures and barriers. Secondmost reasons given are two, ex-aequo: 1. family duties – mainly child care – 2. their own ego – often lacking self confidence.
We offer an open seminar which will enable you to take the next step! For bigger companies we also conduct this workshop inhouse – often as one part of a whole development program for female managers. –> see  the seminar-leaflet

In our Career Workshop for Women

… we identify the reasons responsible for why- you-are where-you-are right now – and if so – why you have not asserted yourself as you could have,
… we list, pool and center your strengths and create an individual profile of strengths for you,
… we regard your network and plan your networking from scratch if necessary – or more sophisticated in the future,
… we plan – together with you – how you can – not show off – but s h o w your qualities effectively – to whom and when,
… we analyse career blockers and traps of reconciliation and search for adequate solutions that work in your daily life.
